Ingredients:
1. Water - 1 cup
2. Lemon squeezed - 1 tbsp
3. Mint - 12 leaves
4. Sugar - 3 tbsp
5. Ginger - 1 small piece
6. Salt - one pinch
Steps to follow:
1. Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder adding 1/4 cup water.
2. Then strain the juice and add remaining 3/4 cup of water (optional to add one pinch salt).
3. Before serving, keep in refrigerator for five minutes or add ice cubes.
