Quick and Easy Chicken Fry recipe

Prepare delicious Chicken Fry within 20 mins using minimum ingredients:



Serves - 5

Ingredients:

1. Skinless Chicken (cut in small/medium size) - 500 grams
2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tbsp
3. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 3 tbsp
4. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
5. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
6. Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil for Frying

Optional for Garnishing:
1. Coriander leaves
2. Lemon slices
3. Onion slices
(tbsp - Tablespoon, tsp - Teaspoon)


Steps to follow:

1. Clean the Chicken pieces and add all the ingredients - Ginger Garlic paste, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper powder, Lemon Juice and Salt.
2. Mix well and Marinate for 30 mins in refrigerator.
3. Heat the Frying pan and add sufficient oil to fry, once the oil is hot then add the marinated chicken.
4. Fry for 8 - 10 mins in medium flame for one side then flip all the pieces and fry for another 5 - 8 mins till the chicken is crispy.
5. Garnish with Coriander leaves, Lemon and Onion slices

Notes: 

  • Serve hot for better taste.
  • While frying keep medium flame and don't fry for too long time.
