Coconut Chutney recipe ... Best with Dosa, Idly, Vada...


Ingredients:


1. Coconut - 1 cup


2. Small Onion (Sambar Onion) - 4 nos


3. Dry Red Chilli - 3 nos


4. Ginger - 1 small piece


5. Curry Leaves - 1 sprig


6. Salt to taste


7. Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp


8. Oil - 1 tbsp



       

Steps to follow:


1. Take the ingredients Coconut, Small Onion, two dry Red Chillies (smoked), Ginger, Curry leaves, Salt in a mixer, add some water and blend it to smooth paste.Transfer this to a serving bowl.


2. Heat 1 tbsp Oil in a small pan, add mustard seed and wait until mustard pops then add 1 dry Red Chilli and Curry leaves. Pour this over the Chutney and mix.


Chutney is ready to serve...!!!
