Ingredients:
1. Chicken - 1/2 kg
2. Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
3. All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
4. Egg - 1
5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
6. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
7. Salt
8. Oil
Steps to follow:
1. Take a bowl add Red chilli powder, All purpose powder, Egg, Ginger garlic paste, Lemon juice, Salt and mix well.
2. Marinate the Chicken with the batter and mix well so that the masala coats with the chicken. Check the salt, add if needed.
3. Refrigerate the marinated chicken at least for 1 hour.
4. Heat enough oil in a deep bottomed pan for frying.
5. Once the oil is hot add the marinated chicken pieces. Fry chicken pieces on medium flame until it turns golden on both the sides .
6. Transfer the fried chicken to a plate and garnish with onion rings and few lime wedges. (optional)
