Ingredients:
1. Bitter gourd - 1 cup chopped
2. Green chilli - 2
3. Water - 1/2 cup
4. Curd - 1cup
5. Salt to taste
for grinding:
1. Curd - 2tsp
2. Grated coconut - 1 cup
3. Green chilli - 2
4. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
for seasoning:
1. Dry red chilli - 2
2. Curry leaf - 1 sprig
3. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
4. Oil - 2 tsp
Steps to follow:
1. Cook chopped bitter gourd, 2 green chilli, Salt and 1/2 cup of water for 1 whistle in a pressure cooker.Then let it cool.
2. In a mixer grinder add grated coconut, 2 green chilli, 2 tbsp curd and mustard seeds and grind to a smooth paste.
3. Add this mix to the cooked bitter guard along with 1 cup of curd and mix well. Check the salt and add if needed.
4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, once it splutter add 2 dry red chilli and curry leaf then add to the pachadi and mix well.
