Prawns/Shrimp coconut stir fry recipe

Ingredients:

1. Prawns/ Shrimp - 200 g
2. Onion - 1
3. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
4. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
5. Green chilli - 1
6. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8. Curry leaves - 1 sprig
9. Salt to taste

For marination:

1. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
2. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
3. Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
4. Salt 

Steps to follow:

1. Marinate the cleaned Prawns by adding 1 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, 3/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste and Salt.
2. Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a nonstick pan and roast marinated prawns in low flame until its golden brown in color.
3. Remove the prawns from pan and add finely chopped Onion, Curry leaves and finely chopped Green chilli and Salt. (Add oil if needed)
4. Once the Onion becomes brown add 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder and 1 tsp Red chilli powder and saute it for few minutes.
5. Then add Grated coconut and stir for another 2 minutes.
6. Then add roasted Prawns to the Onion Coconut masala, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame without adding water.
 
Prawns Coconut Stir Fry is ready to serve...!!!
