Home made Chocolate Cream/ Ganache Recipe


Ingredients:

1. Milk - 1 cup (240 ml)
2. Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
4. Maida / Cornflour - 2 tbsp
5. Butter - 2 tbsp
6. Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp

Steps to follow:

1. Take a heavy bottom pan add Milk, Cocoa powder, Sugar, Maida, Butter and mix well.
2. Once it mixed well keep the pan on stove in low flame and stir continuously.
3. Stir till the mix reaches to the thick consistency, then add vanilla essence and switch off the flame.
4. We can use this cream as topping for cake, brownies or for dipping donuts etc.
