Easy recipe to prepare Prawns/ Shrimp fry

Ingredients:

1. Prawns - 200 g
2. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
4. Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tsp
5. Oil - 2 tsp
6. Salt to taste

Steps to follow:

1. Wash peeled and veined medium size prawns.
2. Add Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste and Salt to the Prawns and mix well.
3. Keep the marinated prawns minimum for half an hour.
4. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and add prawns then cover and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
5. Then flip the prawns so that both the sides of the prawn becomes golden brown in color.

Note: Garnish with Onion, curry leaves and lemon (optional)
