Chicken Bread Sandwich recipe


Ingredients:

1. Chicken breast - 200 g
2. Bread - 8 slices 
3. Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
4. Shredded carrot - 1/2 of a carrot
5. Onion - 1 small finely chopped 
6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
7. Mustard sauce - 1 tsp
8. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
9. Salt
10. Water - 1.5 cup (for cooking chicken)

Steps to follow:

1. Cook chicken with 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp of pepper powder, 1.5 cup of water and salt to taste for 15 minutes on low-medium flame. Chicken should not overcook it should be moist and tender. Allow chicken to cool.
2. Then shred the chicken using fork.
3. Take a bowl add shredded chicken, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp mustard sauce, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, shredded carrot, chopped onion and mix well. Then keep the mix in refrigerator minimum for an hour.
4. Toast slices of bread on a pan.
5. Spread butter on one side of the toasted bread slice and add a layer of refrigerated mix. Then add one more slice of bread over it.
