Ingredients:
1. Onion - 1
2. Tomato - 2 nos
3. Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
4. Dry red chilli - 3 nos
5. Garlic - 2 cloves
6. Salt to taste
7. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
8. Oil - 2 tbsp
Steps to follow:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add 2 dry red chilli and fry till crisp. Then add cut onions, garlic , few curry leaves and saute until onions becomes slightly soft.
2. Then add chopped Tomatoes , Salt and saute until Tomatoes becomes mushy.
3. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
4. In a mixer grinder add fried onion tomato mix and grind to a smooth paste without adding water.
5. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, add dry red chili and Curry Leaves then pour tempering into the chutney.
