Pazam Pori/ Banana Fritters Recipe


Ingredients:

1. Maida/ All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
2. Plantain Banana(ripen) - 3 nos 
3. Sugar - 3 tbsp
4. Salt - one pinch
5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
6. Water - 1.25 cup
7. Oil for deep frying

Steps to follow:

1. In a bowl take Maida, Sugar, Salt, Turmeric powder and 1.25 cup water and blend it nicely.
2. Peel and slice the plantains lengthwise (thickness - 1/4 inch) and into halves.


3. Heat enough oil in a deep bottom pan for deep frying.
4. Once the oil is hot, dip the plantain slices in maida batter and drop the pieces into the oil. Then keep the heat in medium.
5.  Fry the fritters until fritters are golden on both sides.
6. Repeat with the remaining pieces.

Serve Hot Banana Fritters with evening Tea...!!!
